Job Description:
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others while erecting metal buildings. Crew member will be expected to participate in all aspects of erecting metal buildings, which includes steel assembling, wall & amp; roof sheeting, trim work, and installing insulation systems and purlins.
Responsibilities:
-Follow all health and safety regulations when working and operating equipment
-Work well with crew members to erect small metal structures such as rv covers, carports, metal garages etc
-Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary
To excel in this role, an individual will:
-Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
-Be eager and willing to learn on the job
-Be able to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
-Be able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures.
-Be comfortable with working at heights on aerial platforms and on top of roofs.
-Be willing to wear PPE at all times
-Be consistent and dependable
-Have reliable transportation to and from job-sites.
-Be familiar with hand tools and power tools
-Be responsible, accountable, coachable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable.
