GLAZIER – Non-Union Referral-based glass company seeks residential glazier with at least 4 years of experience working in occupied/existing homes. Prefer applicants that are skilled and comfortable with the basic tools and techniques required to replace glass in existing window frames, as well as full window frame replacement for vinyl, aluminum, wood, and clad windows.
We have been in business for 35 years and we are looking to grow our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Must be able to work with others and maintain a professional demeanor while working in occupied homes. Must be willing to learn new techniques and adapt existing skills and knowledge to recommended company practices. Reliability and good communication is a must!
Power tools and trucks are provided by company.
Installers will provide and keep track of their own hand tools
Full time position - Monday through Friday with 7:30am start time, end time will fluctuate but typical end time between 3:30pm and 430pm. Some days may require overtime.
Valid WA driver’s license in good standing is required.

Pay based on experience and skill level, starting wage between $26 - $32 per hour, with a Performance and Wage Review after 90 days.
