We are looking for an experienced Tree Climber / Crew Lead to join our team. We’re a small, client-focused company that values safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship in tree care.
What You’ll Do
Lead a small crew on residential and commercial tree care projects
Perform technical tree climbing and rigging using modern climbing systems and equipment
Conduct tree removals, pruning, cabling/bracing, and other arboricultural practices
Ensure jobsite safety and proper use of PPE for all crew members
Communicate with clients in a professional, respectful manner
Maintain equipment and assist in training newer crew members
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years climbing experience
Solid knowledge of modern rigging, chainsaw use, and tree biology
Ability to lead a crew with confidence and clear communication
Valid driver’s license
ISA Certification or willingness to work toward it is a plus
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
