Looking for 1 (ONE) additional person the help with a remodel on a PRIVATE RESIDENCE. I am a General Contractor and working on MY PRIVATE home. I also am an Exec at a Large Company in Seattle so I'm looking for help on Saturdays. There may be some opportunity to work other days if our schedules work out.
The work will be hard, physical and require heavy lifting, digging, and building walls and laying pavers. We will also rent and small excavator or skid loader for the bigger jobs that we will both operate. We will also be doing some general construction work like plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing, finished carpentry and so on inside and outside the house, as well as planning, ordering and pick up from local hardware stores. Finally, some of the work will be hauling trash to the transfer station, clean up, and general work that will get you dirty.

IMPORTANT
You will NOT BE WORKING WITH A COMPANY. You will be working in a PRIVATE residence.
EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. This is not a good fit for skilled professionals
If you are a professional or tradesman/woman, this may not be a good fit.
You do not need to bring tools. I have everything we need.
Work Saturdays (9-5). May work other days if our schedules align, but you should NOT count on this happening.
Location is near the Arboretum in Seattle (near the UW or Mont Lake areas).
Having a vehicle is preferred.
