ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Lead Cleaner, you’ll:
Guide and mentor a 2–3 person cleaning team
Ensure high-quality cleaning in every home
Perform deep-clean level tasks on each visit
Communicate with clients when needed
Help maintain our standards for detail, care, and reliability
Represent Spruce Up! with professionalism and kindness
You must be able to lift/move items when cleaning, stand for long periods, and manage time efficiently each day.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
3+ years of professional house cleaning experience
A valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail
Pride in doing work the right way
Ability to lead a team and maintain a high standard
Reliable, consistent availability (Mon–Fri)
Great communication skills
Must live within 15 miles of 98133 (for morning start times)
SCHEDULE & INTERVIEW DETAILS
We’re hiring this week and moving quickly.
We’re doing initial phone interviews this Wednesday and Thursday, followed by in-person interviews on Friday, Nov 21.
If those days work for you, you’ll be at the front of the line.
