EXPERIENCED Commercial and Medical Cleaning Companies Needed

We are seeking to establish relationships with exceptional independent contractor companies with EXPERIENCE in commercial and medical cleaning throughout Tacoma to Olympia.
We currently have new opportunities starting soon and are looking for additional contractors to partner with!
TO PARTNER WITH US, YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE:
- Your Own Equipment and Cleaning Chemicals
- WA Business License (please, no sole proprietors)
- General Liability Insurance; Workers Comp.
- 2 or more cleaners on your crew
- Must have COMMERCIAL Janitorial experience and references
- You and all members of your team must be able to pass a background check.
What are the keys to success for an Independent Contractor?
1.) Strong, professional communication skills including returning calls, texts, and/or emails promptly.
2.) Must understand the importance of completing the assigned task list and must perform a 'final inspection' for each building at the end of every clean.
3.) Must resolve any customer complaints during the next clean after the complaint has been received/reported.
4.) Must have a great attitude.
