A warm, busy family with four boys (ages 8, 5, 5, and 1) is looking for a steady, proactive House Assistant to support daily flow in their home. Cleaners already handle deep cleaning twice a week—this role is all about keeping the home running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Help With
Home Reset & Organization
1. Tidy high-use areas
2. Keep the kitchen clean and dishes moving
3. Light laundry folding
4. Help maintain simple organizing systems
Meals & Prep
1. Make school lunches for the kids
2. Prep lunches for parents
3. Chop + prep ingredients for family dinners
4. Maintain pantry + fridge organization (Costco-heavy household)
Family Calendar & Logistics
1. Update and maintain a unified family calendar
2. Add school events, sports, and appointments
3. Occasional kids’ supervision (1–2 hrs)
4. Pickups/drop-offs when needed (license required)
General Flow
1. Restock household essentials
2. Weekly touch-ups in pantry/mudroom/kids’ spaces
3. Run quick errands
4. Coordinate with cleaners/service providers occasionally
