PuroClean Northwest, with shop locations in Sumner-Tacoma and Lynnwood-Seattle, a multi-million-dollar enterprise serving all of the greater Puget Sound area, is looking for career-minded disaster restoration technicians. Experienced (including general trades) or not, we are continually expanding and will do so with solid, responsible, intelligent adults who enjoy learning, participating in making decisions, and achieving Crew Chief status within their first year at PuroClean Northwest.

We offer nationally recognized educational training that we fund. After completing two years with us you should be expert in all aspects of property mitigation – water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and even blood and chemical biohazard. You will have skills for a lifetime in the Restoration industry.

We will teach you the science of restoration, including equipment, chemistry, chemical delivery system, and more. Only serious people, with no felonies (insurance carrier requirement), clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation need apply. We are hiring field crews at all levels – field assistant, technician, and crew chiefs in all of our locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (basic):

Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage Mitigation, Biohazard Cleaning

Use of specialized testing equipment. Use of technology to document and record findings

Removal and disposal of affected building materials

Ability to wear a full-face respirator

Must have a "Can Do" attitude

Job Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must have a reliable vehicle to arrive at the shop each morning on time

Ability to drive Company Van safely

Ability to work after-hours and weekends when required

Must have a valid WA driver’s license with a good driving record

Background check is mandatory

Other duties as necessary

You provide:
