Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist / Office Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, assisting them or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle legal client records, and assist with office receptionist duties when required.
Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with legal office environment is a plus.
Proficiency in data entry and file management.
Experience with office management tasks and administrative assistant responsibilities is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability and comfort working with office phone systems.
