Excellent Opportunity For a New Attorney
Well stablished Bellevue Law Firm has an immediate opening for Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support to our clients.
Duties
Draft, review, and revise legal documents including demand letters.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
Provide legal advice to clients .
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in trial preparation when necessary.
Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Pre-litigation and litigation work on personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
Assist lead attorney as well as working independently on writing demands, respond to and make requests for discovery, negotiations, etc.
Other qualifications: Good knowledge of civil procedures. Attention to detail and good writing skills . Interest in helping people who have been injured and/or suffered a loss.
The attorney will have a window office, in a prestigious building with flexible hours. This position can be full time or part time.
