About the Shop:
We’re a start-up Etsy shop focused on curated vintage finds, home décor, and one-of-a-kind treasures sourced from thrifting, estate sales, and unique collections. With an eye for design and storytelling, we want a beautiful, welcoming shop that helps customers find pieces they’ll love for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, photos)
Manage shop inventory and organize new listings online from incoming finds
Track orders, shipping
Research SEO keywords and trending styles for visibility
Assist with shop branding, social media posts, and occasional promotional ideas
Monitor analytics to improve shop performance
Qualifications:
Experience with Etsy (as a seller, manager, or frequent buyer)
Strong writing and editing skills for product descriptions
Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
Basic photo editing and familiarity with SEO best practices
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of vintage or home décor categories
Experience in social media marketing or photography
Graphic design (Canva or similar tools)
Compensation:
$20 - $23 Hourly rate based on experience, plus potential performance bonuses as the shop grows.
