Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a press brake, using an insertion press, deburring parts, and utilizing a timesaver graining machine. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to read blueprints, demonstrate a positive and self-starting attitude, and have relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication. A clean criminal history and reliable transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Press Brake Operation:

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal parts according to specifications.

Ensure precision and accuracy in the fabrication of metal components.

2. Insertion Press Usage:

Utilize insertion press equipment to assemble and fasten metal parts.

Follow assembly instructions and quality standards for efficient production.

3. Deburring:

Perform deburring operations on metal parts to remove sharp edges and ensure a smooth finish.

Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.

4. Timesaver Graining Machine:

Operate the timesaver graining machine to achieve desired surface finishes on metal components.

Monitor machine settings to meet quality standards.

5. Blueprint Reading:

Interpret and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

Work with precision to meet design specifications.

6. Positive Self-Starter:

Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards work.

Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

7. Experience:

Have practical experience in precision sheet metal fabrication.

Familiarity with various fabrication tools and machinery.

8. Requirements:

Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
