Position Overview:
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the successful management and communication with customers while overseeing and managing complex programs and projects within our EMS operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid Customer Management background, strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of electronic manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will drive program success through effective planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while delivering a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations.
o Ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
o Negotiate service level agreements and manage customer specific metrics.
o Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and strategic plans for internal teams to ensure customer success.
2. Program Management:
o Lead and manage multiple high-profile programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
o Develop and implement program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
o Monitor and control program performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
o Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of programs.
o Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
4. Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program management methodologies and tools.
5. Financial Oversight:
o Manage program budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
o Track and report on financial metrics, including cost, schedule, and profitability.
6. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor program management teams, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure programs adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring products meet or exceed quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
7+ years of experience in program management within the electronic manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects.
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and technologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
BENEFITS:
Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE)
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
