Overview

In this position as Warehouse Assistant – Staging and Logistics, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving equipment, repacking equipment, making deliveries to multiple locations, assisting with inventory consolidation and other general warehouse responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Staging Facility Manager of our Network Services department. It is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Our office is open from 6am-5pm; standard hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm. From time to time, you may be required to work outside of these hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving equipment, filling and picking up customer orders, repackaging equipment and loading and unloading vehicles.

Additionally, the Warehouse Assistant will be making deliveries to multiple locations, assisting with inventory and consolidation and performing regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure that inventory is maintained according to customer specifications.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:

Forklift and pallet jack operation

General warehouse cleanup/responsibilities

Education and Experience Qualifications

We are seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment and their high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional qualifications needed:

Experience working with pallet jack/forklift operation; Forklift certification is preferred but not required

Familiarity with network equipment

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word) and scanners

Skills and Abilities

Success in this role requires someone with a strong record of dependability and excellent attendance. Additionally, you will be driving a company vehicle so it is important that you have an acceptable driving record.

Ability to see, hear well (either naturally or with correction) and speak clearly

Coordinate the movement of your eyes, hands, and fingers

Physical requirements include sitting, standing and bending, repetitive motions of hands and wrists

Reach for, handle, use fingers and manipulate objects

Must be capable of working extended hour days when job/business needs demand

Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

Ability to lift/carry 70 lbs.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20/hour
