Job Description:
Sound Power, a well-established and growing electrical services company specializing in home generator solutions, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
-Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for our team of electricians
-Handle customer inquiries, provide information on services, and assist with billing questions
-Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and other important documents
-Order office supplies, ensure office equipment is functional, and manage inventory
-Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other basic accounting tasks
-Support the owner and team with various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an office administrator, office manager, or similar role preferred
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
