Lakewood business that specializes in credit card merchant services is seeking a part time office assistant to help with daily office tasks.
This part time office assistant position will be located at our lakewood office, with a somewhat-flexible 5 days a week, 4 hours a day schedule.
Office assistant skills necessary for this position are
computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite’s business emails, Word processing, Excel, Payroll software, as well as monitoring CRM sales recording systems. Some basic retail or wholesale sales skills are also beneficial.
Seeking Applicants that are organized, multi taskers, that can fluidly adjust work tasks to tackle new priorities as they emerge, with positive, calm communication skills.
The business environment is kind, friendly, and humorous, with fellow employees that understand learning takes time and mistakes happen.
The staff is always eagerly willing to help one another gain the skills needed to master new work tasks.
The compensation starts at $20.00hr with a jump to $25.00 hr after 2 mth initial training/trial period.
