We need a reliable, responsible property management team, with good work experience and strong people and customer service skills. This is a resident position. Must be proficient on the computer, including Office programs, and comfortable on the telephone. Basic handyman/maintenance skills. Tools and equipment provided.
Office position 30 hours a week, maintenance 10 hours a week. Starting $20/hour, dependent on skills and experience, plus 2 br apartment and bonus. Paid holidays and vacation; some healthcare benefits.
