Apartment Manager live in FREE unit on site

Live On Site - Rent credit towards 2bedroom 2bath Apartment in a 19unit building in Greenwood you will also manage a 14 building 4 min away also in Greenwood. Duties will be collecting and depositing rents, turn over/clean vacant units, post ads on line, prepare leases and related paper work, maintain common area's and exterior grounds, some painting and medium repair and maintaince skills preferred. Manager will live onsite, Compensation will be $1900 month rent credit Manager can still work a full time job Manager will work directly with owner of the buildings.
