About Us

Lakeshore Property Management is a fast-growing, full-service real estate management and construction firm serving residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties throughout the Puget Sound region. We combine decades of experience with innovative technology to deliver best-in-class service to property owners and tenants alike.

Our mission is simple: to raise the standard for property management — through responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity.

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Business Development Agent to join our team. This person will play a key role in expanding our client base by managing both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion efforts.

You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners considering professional management and will guide them through understanding our services, pricing, and unique value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and relationship building with real estate investors, brokers, and landlords.

Respond promptly to inbound leads from web inquiries, phone calls, and referrals — providing clear information, empathy, and a high-touch customer experience.

Qualify prospects to understand their portfolio size, goals, and service needs.

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to present Lakeshore’s management solutions.

Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, track communication, and follow up systematically.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.

Represent Lakeshore’s brand professionally in every interaction — as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in real estate, property management, or a service-based industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written.

Self-starter with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, DocuSign, video calls, and digital presentations.

Motivated by results and capable of managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.

Real estate license (WA) or industry experience preferred but not required.

Why Join Lakeshore

Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. $62,500 - $130,000.

Supportive, growth-oriented environment with strong leadership and clear career paths.

Flexible schedule and hybrid work options.

Opportunity to be part of a company redefining property management through service excellence and innovation.
