We are seeking an Apartment Painter with Light Maintenance Experience to join our team. This position works across multiple properties in the South End area, so reliable transportation is required. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a company vehicle as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interior painting skills (turns, touch-ups, make-readies)
Basic maintenance knowledge (minor repairs, light plumbing/electrical preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel between nearby properties
