We are looking for a Residential Leasing Manager to join our great team. We specialize in the management of Residential Rental properties (Salary based on experience ) plus $150.00 per approved rented unit
This is a Part time position The ideal candidate will have prior Property Management and leasing experience strong self motivated , renting skills and willing to make the deal happen!
Responsibilities are the following
Manage communication with Zillow and Craigslist including phone calls, texts, and emails
dressing mini models and updating ads has needed.
Great customer service skills
Proactively develop and improve client relationships
Prepare Rent Ready scopes of work and coordinate with maintenance and do annual property inspections
Advertise properties for rent on Zillow, Craigslist and Property website
Monitor and Review tenant applications and screening reports
Prepare lease documents for approved tenants
Manage and attend to administrative duties related to management
Work Tuesday through Saturday 30 per week
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma
Experience in the Property Management or related industry: (2) years or more required Software:
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Property Management software: Yardi Voyager a must fully skilled
