The responsibility of Resident Manager shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Report promptly to your supervisor any emergency of a property or life threatening
nature.
2. Maintain a professional image.
3. Rent all vacant units in a timely manner to ensure full occupancy.
4. Collect and deposit all monies daily. The manager is responsible for all monies
collected until deposited.
5. Record and balance petty cash daily.
6. Prepare and submit all reports as outlined in the Schedule of Transmittal.
7. Maintain accurate up-to-date tenant files.
8. Maintain a clean and neat office to include dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning,
and trash removal.
9. Respond in a timely manner to all phone calls, emails, maintenance requests, and
tenant complaints.
10. Prepare and distribute all tenant notices in a timely manner.
11. Annual Recertifications must be submitted and finalized 30 days prior to due date.
12. Distribute Recertification Notices by the first of the month
13. Prepare required weekly and monthly reports and distribute appropriately.
14. Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
