I’m looking at buying a record store in the middle of the country. My industry knowledge is low. I seek a record store owner or GM that can backfill my knowledge of the industry and future. Generally I seek some friendly advice and banter. But I may be willing to enter into a paid consultant arrangement with candidates that are most knowledgeable and passionate about vinyl.
