Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who can also support our Front Counter team when needed. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating a forklift, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a warehouse running smoothly. Plumbing knowledge is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties
· Safely operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials
· Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products
· Pull and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
· Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
Front Counter Support
· Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product assistance
· Look up parts, create invoices, and process transactions
· Assist contractors and plumbers with order pickups
· Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Requirements
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
· Forklift experience (certification preferred; we can help certify if needed)
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
· Customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
· Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory programs
Preferred Qualifications
· Plumbing or construction supply knowledge
· Experience working in a warehouse, supply house, or contractor-facing business
