Role Overview

- We seek self-motivated, commission-based Sales Representatives to join our team and help drive growth. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential for individuals passionate about sales, automotive innovation, and outdoor adventure.

- Target only new Wholesaler/Distributor/Builder (WDB) customers.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new WDB sales opportunities within the camper van components market.

- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers.

- Promote Amazing Auto products to generate leads and close sales.

- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on our product line.

- Represent Amazing Auto at trade shows, industry events, or virtual sales meetings.

- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and meet assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- You must have a valid U.S. work permit (I-766), a Green Card (I-551), or U.S. citizenship (U.S. Birth Certificate/N-400).

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in automotive, camper van, or outdoor lifestyle industries.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.

- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.

- Access to reliable transportation for client visits (when required).

- Submit monthly sales report.

Reward Policy

- 10% commission rate on all your sales.

- 90-day exclusive cookie period. (The customer must place the first order within this period to qualify for the commission, also known as the close day.)

- An additional annual bonus of 5% will be awarded for every $10,000 in sales achieved per customer.

- Exclusive customer rewards continue to pay for up to 3 years.
