We are seeking a motivated individual for a Part-Time position at our Tacoma, WA store. This role is ideal for those looking to work part-time as a light-duty administrative assistant in a mild-paced commercial office furniture store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operational tasks and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and team members alike.
Duties
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Provide excellent customer service by offering knowledge of contract furniture and assisting with purchases
Perform light duty cleaning such as vacuuming,
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
Participate in team meetings monthly
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is strongly recommended
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is advantageous
