Are you able to sell a service/product that will cost the client 10% with the remainder paid for by the utility company. How about a product/installation that is completely free.to the client. In addition to the upgrades provided the property owner saves enough energy to recoup their 10% investment in one year for a 100% return. Believe it or not it is not always easy for me to convince multifamily properties to take advantage of the rebates available for energy efficient upgrades provided by the electric utilities.
Are you the person with the persistence to reach the decision maker to show them the obvious advantages and to allay any concerns they may have. If so, the opportunity can be life changing.
