We are seeking a part-time instructor to join our coaching staff and teach recreational gymnastics to boys and girls ages 3 to 12 years old. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gymnastics and the ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their personal best. If you have experience as a gymnast yourself, you’ve been a coach before, or you have experience working with children, we highly encourage you to apply.
As a coach, you will help kids discover their own strength and confidence. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking to work in a fun and dynamic environment. Students, stay-at-home parents or people looking for meaningful part-time opportunities have been great fits.
Duties
Create a positive, encouraging class for every child
Follow a lesson plan
Set up and break-down equipment for class
Drive a company van to schools and gyms
Conduct fun, safe instruction
Attend teacher training
Assist in cleaning
Qualifications:
Energetic, outgoing, and fun
Previous experience in gymnastics
2+ years teaching gymnastics (preferred)
Experience working with children
A desire to promote a positive learning experience for every child.
Be responsible, reliable, and consistent
Enthusiasm about working with kids
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently without supervision.
Good communicator with children and adults.
Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and lift up to 30 pounds

Reliable and on-time with your schedule. We will work with you to ensure classes are on days and times that are compatible for you.

Schedule Details
Day(s): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Saturday
Class time(s): Varies. 9:00AM-1:00PM and 3:30PM-7:00 PM
Age level: 3-12
Location: Issaquah, Sammamish, North Bend.
Start date: January 1, 2026
Compensation: $20-$35/hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
