Jacob Electric LLC, a growing electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial clients across Washington State, is seeking motivated and skilled 01 Journeyman, 02 Residential, and Apprentice Electricians to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices, panels, and lighting fixtures.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Ensure all work complies with NEC, WAC codes, and local building requirements.
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and team members.
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive jobsite environment.
Maintain accurate daily reports and job documentation.
Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Valid Washington State Electrical License:
01 – Journeyman Electrician, or
02 – Residential Electrician, or
Electrical Apprentice (Active trainee card required)
Strong understanding of NEC and WAC codes.
Ability to read plans and execute installations with minimal supervision (for licensed electricians).
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Compensation
01 Journeyman: $45–$55/hour
02 Residential: $35–$45/hour
Apprentice: $20–$35/hour
(Rates vary depending on experience andperfomance.)
