Ballard based Design/Build company is seeking a FULL TIME laborer. The majority of our work is in Seattle and North of Seattle. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow and become our next Apprentice Carpentr!
Work is full time, Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. NO WEEKENDS!
Duties include:
Daily clean up of job site, mostly single-family homes.
Carrying lumber (50+lbs)
Removing debris and trash from site to dumpster
Assisting foreman and crew when/where needed - conduits, waterproofing
Picking up supplies and delivering to job site
Job requirements:
Must follow all safety rules
You MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must be on time and ready to work
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with Sr Foreman and other crew
Must be able to follow directions and complete purchasing paperwork.
Some construction experience is REQUIRED.
Starting at $25-28 per hour depending on experience.
