Keen Eye Build is currently hiring a construction Superintendent. We are a high-end remodeling company that specializes in additions as well as kitchen and bathroom remodels. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for collaborative, team oriented, positive individuals that want to be part of something more than "Just a job."
Superintendent responsibilities:
Ability to run a project from start to finish
Read blueprints
Keep employees and subcontractors on task
Keep track of project budget
Effectively communicate with customers and vendors
