Part-Time Superintendent needed. We are looking for someone who is energetic, excited about building homes, must be organized, have a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong framing & finish background
- Supervise and manage all onsite activities.
- Responsible for all aspects of on-site management including, but not limited to: quality control, scheduling, company costs, and job site paperwork.
- Oversee the planning and supervision of all subcontractor activities, equipment requirements, temporary power sources, and work schedule.
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion while supervising work being completed by subcontractors and may be required to make decisions on the fly, answer questions, and/or provide direction to subcontractors.
- Walk the job site daily. Be involved with every subcontractor. Discuss problems and conditions with subcontractors.
- Inspect the home, each day, for quality of workmanship.
- Insist on quality of work and cooperation by subcontractors.
- Ensure subcontractors working on site are applying safety principles appropriately on the jobsite, make statements and ask questions to ensure staff is thinking about safety, take actions to ensure implementation of safety program when necessary.
- Be accountable for all drainage measures to be in place for the home.
- Deliver high quality home within budget.
- Conduct professional informative orientations with home buyers.

Experienced in all phases of the residential construction industry
