We are building homes which will be extremely energy-efficient, non-combustible, and seismic-safe. If you have no construction experience we train you in many new skills, as long as you are diligent. Quantum Equities, LLC is a forward-thinking development company.
Consideration will only be given to:
- Veterans with a service-connected disability who have been unemployed for at least 6 months in the past year;
- Veterans with a service-connected disability hired within 1 year of their discharge/release date;
- Reformed Felons hired -within- 1 year of their discharge/release date;
- Reformed Felons receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits;
- Reformed Felons receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF);
- Reformed Felons referred by State Vocational Rehabilitation programs.
You will be building the structures with new technologies, adding cladding with designs, learning new roofing methods, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler install, electrical wiring, low-voltage wiring, millwork, and more.
You must be able to do the work with reasonable accommodation. Buses run about a mile away, then you can bike, scoot, or walk to the jobsite if no transportation.
