We are looking for an experienced, skilled, well-rounded carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a full spectrum of carpentry work, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A great team fit is also central to joining our small and mighty team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all phases of carpentry including concrete, framing, siding, finish carpentry, cabinets, drywall, doors, windows
Interpret blueprints, building plans and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
Lay out and supervising other carpenters and trades in the field
Interface with clients on site and being a liaison with the project manager
Complete projects within agreed timeframe and budget
Ensure a safe work environment, including that all safety regulations are followed
Work with project managers to solve project related problems
Order materials and supplies as needed
Manage client expectations on site
