Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of industry standards, takes pride in their work, and maintains a clean and organized job site. We’re seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoyable to work with—both for clients and our crew.
Responsibilities
Install a variety of tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, etc.) according to project specifications and industry standards
Prepare surfaces (layout, waterproofing, leveling, etc.) to ensure long-lasting installations
Cut, miter, set, and grout tile with precision and attention to detail
Work with complex materials and intricate designs for high-end projects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Follow project timelines and deliver high-quality work consistently
Qualifications
Proven experience as a tile installer (minimum 4+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of industry standards (TCNA guidelines, waterproofing best practices, etc.)
Skilled in miters, detailed cuts, and working with complex designs and premium materials
Ability to read blueprints and follow layout plans
Own tools and reliable transportation
Professional, dependable, and respectful
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
