Glazing contractor on the Eastside is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This position is based in Woodinville, WA.
The Project Manager position has the potential for career growth to Estimator and beyond.
This professional position requires a minimum of 5 years management experience in glazing.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of each awarded contract.
This position works with all individuals directly involved in materials procurement and the processing, fabrication and installation of projects. In addition, this position provides the coordination to lead these activities and supports the activities of the entire team.
Projects include commercial fenestration, fabrication and installation of all types of glazing and aluminum.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and outlook required. Bluebeam and Partner Pack experience a plus.
Travel required when needed (Driver's license required).
This exempt management position is salaried with the expectation of 40 hours per week. This is not a remote position.
Work schedule is typically 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation will be determined by experience and knowledge. Full time employee benefits are: paid holidays, paid vacation, 401k, health insurance and dental.
