We are seeking a Mid-Level Carpenter to join our enthusiastic and well-prepared team!

We are a small, design-build residential remodeling firm seeking an individual with 5-15 years of experience in residential construction. We take on each project as a team which allows us to be organized and prepared for each project start to finish. Ideal candidates are individuals with high levels of organization, critical thinking/problem solving, and collaborative communication with co-workers.

We are looking for candidates with residential remodeling and framing experience who enjoy the process of remodeling older homes. We pride ourselves on being detail oriented and understanding that the work completed today will affect the work we do tomorrow.

The Carpenter's workload will incorporate remodel framing, installing doors and windows, installing cabinets, finish carpentry and technical demo, reporting directly to the Lead Carpenter on site. Strong framing skills are a plus! No requirement for client communication, subcontractor management or budget management. Almost all of our projects are in the Seattle area with very little travel outside the city limits.
