The Landall Group is hiring an experienced Carpenter to join our fantastic team. This may be your place if you want a company that values and treats you like family. We are located in Tacoma, Washington, and service the surrounding communities.

Must be proficient with carpentry tools, equipment, and processes.

Ability to set cabinets, both uppers and lowers, and the knowledge of tweaking them to perfection.

Ability to lay flooring, snap lock laminate and LVP, sheet vinyl, hardwood, and tile.

Basic plumbing knowledgeif an angle stops breaks while setting a toilet, the ability to do a quick field repair.

Able to set doors, cut and install trim, and windowsills.

Ability to set windows and sliding doors.

Ability to see the complete picture throughout the various stages.

Ability to look at bare studs, picture the finished look, and perform and communicate the necessary steps.

Ability to create and perform punch lists for job completion.

Ability to Lead a small team productively with quality controlable to plan, execute, and delegate job tasks.

Must be attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.

Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers.

Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers and customers.

Driven to perform quality work; effectively work independently and within a team.

Work shifts: Monday-Friday; 8 hours per day (occasional overtime)
