At Pearce Specialty Framers LLC, we’re looking for a General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of tools and materials and follow instructions. They should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. Duties:
Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials according to specifications.
Build and install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases using hand tools and power tools.
Install hardware.
Construct concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and walls.
Work with others in professional and productive manor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in the construction industry.
Knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately according to measurements.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
