We are currently seeking Interior Carpenters & Drywall Technicians for patch/repair in residential work. Every job deserves a good finish. We are looking for people who know what a good end product looks like. Most of our work is repairing water damaged properties. Flood cut repairs and ceiling repairs are common. We are looking for long-term employees that appreciate consistent work with great benefits. Weekly pay on a per-hour basis. Consistent 40- hour work year round.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the following trades:
o Material take offs
o Drywall hang/tape/texture: Ability to blend/match texture is a must
o Interior Paint
o Interior doors & millwork: Baseboard trim & door casing is a must
o Install cabinet packages
Must be fully tooled to perform the work.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Desired skills:
Flooring installation: sheet vinyl, carpet, LVP, wood
Tile: Shower surrounds and floors
Laminate countertop fabrication
Physical Requirements:
Lift frequently up to 75 lbs.
Work often above shoulders
Frequent bending
Work on ladders, scaffolding
Company Requirements:
Pass pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to pass criminal background check.
Personal, reliable transportation to get to jobsites (may be required to go to more than one jobsite in a day).
