As a quality focused general contractor located on the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, Zufelt Construction Services specializes in both residential and commercial new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and ongoing client support. We're seeking a motivated, good natured, and knowledgeable full-time Lead Carpenter to join our close-knit, fun-loving, and hard-working team.

QUALIFICATIONS
5 Years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
Journey level carpentry skills including, but not limited to, fine finish work, framing, siding, and flashing techniques, window and door installation, cabinet installations, stair building and concrete.
Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing and managing a team.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Basic computer skills for project management software and communication.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Carpentry-related certifications or training are a plus.
Also, helpful to have knowledge of roofing, plumbing, electrical and drywall for occasional minor repairs.
