Starlety wood co. is seeking experienced full-time maintenance tech, as well as Site Leads (lead carpenter and site supervisor), to join our Seattle team
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have minimum of one year in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field. Must have or have access to a properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs, as well as maintain valid driver's license and insurance.
Schedule: 40 hours / week; Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
Compensation: $30 / hr + Benefits!
Qualifications
Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings and other structures
Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
Must have full selection of tools to perform the work
High level of accuracy and pride in your craft
Ability to lift 50lbs
