We need a construction lead that can take a small team and work them through a project beginning to end. Someone that has the leadership skills to take charge, that can be a bags on sueprintendent, but will take the time to monitor the quality of the work. Keeping deadlines, quality control and code compliance being the drivers to a successful build
The ideal candidate will have a truck or van that can bring them to the site on time daily. Hand tools that he knows will take care of any job at hand (we provide power tools and speciality tools onsite). Punctual, organized, fit, with great leadership skills are needed. 5-10 years minimum of residential remodeling experience with master level skills in a variety of trades.
Pay is typically higher than other companies, health insurance offered through the company, we are flexible with schedules for family issues and to have a life outside of work. We never work Saturdays and take the week between Christmas and New Years off. 90% of our work is Mercer Island and South Bellevue.
