I'm 34 years old and I build custom homes for a living. I just bought my first house with my wife and there is a lot to do and fix up that I can't do by myself. I'm searching for someone to help me. I can help teach you the right way to do things if you're interested in learning. Could be a good opportunity for a college student on summer break that wants to learn more about the industry or learn how to do things yourself. Work would be intermitted and likely part time, with certain bursts of work depending on how the projects progress.
Work will include:
- Demo of fences/wood structures
- Misc. Landscaping
- Fence building
- Drywall removal/install/skimming
- Flooring install
- Misc. Labor and carpentry as requested
Labor rates can change depending on level of skill required to complete.
Any inquiry must list intentions and the amount per hour requested.
