Service Technician (Industrial Dishwashers)
ChemMark in Seattle has openings for Dishmachine Service Technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial dishwashers. Mechanical aptitude is required as is the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team while going with the flow of ever-changing tasks and schedules.
EXPERIENCE:
Dishmachine experience is preferred, but candidates with comparable skills from other industries can make great candidates. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC or automotive experience translates well into dishmachine equipment repair.
TRAINING:
We offer one-on-one tech training with our Technicians and Service Manager.
Some of the brands we support are CMA, American Dish Service, and Jackson.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor, appearance & positive attitude
Repair and installation of dish machines & occasionally water filtration
Plumbing knowledge is very beneficial eg. braided hose, teflon tape, discerning fittings and threads, experience with copper and/or pex, sharkbite etc.
Electrical knowledge is very beneficial eg. breakers, amps/circuits, NEMA plug types etc.
Driving throughout Washington in a company service vehicle
Maintaining company-supplied parts inventory
Following the daily service schedule as set by the Service Manager
Collaborating effectively with each department of our team to facilitate accurate customer service, education, and billing
Working with a cloud-based inventory system - computer (smart phone and tablet skills necessary)

THE DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time, Field Work
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. (Scheduling flexibility is required as occasional daily overtime is needed as business dictates.)
Compensation: $28-$33.00/hr (DOE)
