Skilled Carpenters Wanted – Pacific Building Envelope, Inc.
Pacific Building Envelope, Inc. is seeking experienced carpenters to join our team! We specialize in exterior renovations for multifamily apartment and condominium projects, ranging from short-term repairs to large-scale siding replacements lasting up to a year.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a steady backlog of work. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking professionals with the people skills to work on occupied communities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in exterior renovations, framing, and waterproofing
Reliable transportation and a clean record
Strong work ethic and ability to work on occupied homes
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Selective demolition
Wood stud framing, shoring, sheathing, and dry-rot repairs
Installation of integral sheet metal flashings and waterproofing systems
Window and door installation (with proper flashing)
Deck repairs and siding replacement (fiber cement, wood, vinyl, stucco, etc.)
Limited concrete wall and small flatwork
Interior drywall patching, texturing, and finishing (a plus)
Sealant and paint application
Selective interior millwork and finish carpentry (a plus)
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
Aerial lift, backhoe, forklift, telehandler operation
Special endorsements or certifications (preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
$28–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Paid medical insurance after a 60-day evaluation period and optional dental
401(k) with company match
