Accounting Assistant
Clearwater Spas is a privately held hot tub manufacturer currently located in Arlington, WA in a brand new facility. The Company has been in business for over 40 years and has an outstanding reputation with its customers for building a quality product. We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Process A/R transactions which includes cash receipts, customer invoicing, collecting payments, and calling on past due accounts
Process A/P transactions which includes matching PO’s to invoices, entering A/P into QuickBooks, researching discrepancies, reconciliation of credit card statements
Basic understanding of G/L transactions
Have great customer service and communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
Experience with QuickBooks Manufacturing preferred
Type 40+ WPM and 10-key by touch
3+ years of experience in a similar role
