We are a small, established general contractor in the greater Seattle area focused on interior repairs and exterior building envelope as well as deck coating.

We’re a tight-knit, reputable general contractor that has been in business since 1994 specializing in high-quality interior repairs and exterior envelope repairs, roofing, waterproofing decks, sealants etc. for commercial, multi-family, and single-family homes.

No giant corporate structure, just a skilled team that takes pride in solving tough building problems and delivering projects on time and on budget.

We’re growing and ready to bring on a sharp, motivated Junior Project Manager who wants real responsibility early and a clear path to senior roles.

What you will do:

Assist senior PM in running 3-8 concurrent projects ($2K-$1 million range).

Prepare scopes of work, take-offs, and subcontractor bid packages.

Assist with soliciting, reviewing, and awarding subcontractors/vendor bids.

Assist with writing and managing subcontracts.

Assist in making schedule, manpower for job sites, and material deliveries.

Attend weekly job schedule meetings, handle daily field reports, photos, safety documentation and quality control.

Assist with submittals, RFI’s, change orders and close-out documents.

Be on job sites regularly.

Assist in Project communication with clients.

What we are looking for:

Motivated employee with 1-4 years of construction experience (field or office); recent grads with strong internships considered.

Experience or coursework in building envelope, waterproofing decks, or restoration is a big plus.

Comfortable reading architectural plans and specifications.

Strong excel skills and Microsoft office suite programs.

Excellent communicator-written and verbal skills as well as time management.

Detail-oriented but able to keep the big picture in sight.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and current insurance.

What we offer:

$67K - $84K base salary (depending on experience).

Performance bonuses.

Company truck and fuel-for work.

Health insurance for employees (we pay 50%).

IRA option with matching up to 3%.

1 week vacation and 4 paid Holidays.

Company cell phone.

Clear path to Project Manager within 2-3 years.

If you want to learn the business side of construction, want to be on job sites and like the idea of working for a smaller company where your impact is immediate and visible-then this job is for you.
