Hiring Kitchen Staff (Mount Vernon)
The Revival Lounge, a Classic cocktail lounge in downtown Mount Vernon is hiring for a kitchen staff. We offer small bites and a simple easily executed menu. Convection oven cooking only.
Hours are Friday/Saturday 3:30 pm - approximately 11:00 pm, Other nights from 3:30 pm to approximately 8:30 pm. Days to be determined depending on availability.
Pay range is 18-20 an hour depending on experience plus commission on food sales from the tip pool, with first opportunity for wage increase after 90 day probationary period. Benefits include WA sick leave, Vacation after 1 year, free meals while working and employee discount.
Must be reliable, clean, organized, professional and team oriented. Be over 21, have food handlers card and able to obtain MAST if needed. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Duties include prep, cooking, dishes and bar back duties related to prep (juicing, making syrups). Cross training to front of house is provided and encouraged if interested.
