Position Details
Provides direct services to clients in the community in need of mental health services.
Essential Functions of the job:
Provide coordination and collaboration of case management services, treatment planning, resource identification and development, and service monitoring and follow-up from our supportive management team.
Position Requirements:
Pass background check
BA in counseling or social services
Current Agency Affiliated Counselor's license or the ability to obtain one
Supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation (recovery) setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
